Imaginalco at the face of the pandemic

At Imaginalco, in 2020 we started with several new projects and active monitoring of our existing programs, which we had to restructure with the arrival of COVID-19 and the implications it has had for everyone. The resilience and cohesion of the team that we have formed sustained us and prompted us to react quickly and strategically to the crisis. Thanks to previous work, knowledge, and the experience of eight years of operation we were able to diligently adapt to the very particular needs that the situation demands. In this report, we share how we dealt with the pandemic and how we managed to turn problems into opportunities. Each month came with different learnings and ways of growth. We capitalized on difficulties, generated more solid structures, and used our creativity to the maximum in order to face the challenges that pushed us more than ever to be a laboratory of imagination for social action.
